 I've had asthma since moving to the south; it went from seasonal to all year around. Hold it under your tongue for 15 seconds-one to two droppers full and it has made my nights easier to breathe before going to sleep. I take it during the day also if I start wheezing. It has even helped with heart pain also & has made a difference. It helps with cramps, back pain, joint pain, you name it. I've also given this to my family to help relieve then of their pain as well. You'll need to be consistent for your body to experience more benefits-have it build in your system. I wouldn't hesitate to give this a try.
